The General Authority for Competition in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia approved today (Wednesday) the acquisition of "ADNOC International Distribution Company" of 15 fuel stations in the Kingdom, as the General Authority for Competition issued a letter of no objection to request the economic concentration between the UAE "ADNOC International Distribution Company" and Saudi "Mazaya First Company".
