Increase the capacity of the Grand Mosque to (50 thousand) Mu'tamer and (100 thousand worshipers) per day
An official source at the General Presidency for the Affairs of the Grand Mosque and the Prophet's Mosque stated that based on the wise leadership’s keenness, may God preserve them, for the health and safety of pilgrims and worshipers of the Grand Mosque during the holy month of Ramadan, it has been decided to raise the capacity of the Grand Mosque in Makkah to (50 thousand) pilgrims, and ( 100 thousand worshipers (per day) for immunized people, according to what is shown by the (Tawakkalna) application for vaccination categories (vaccinated who received two doses of the Corona virus vaccine, or a vaccine who spent 14 days after receiving the first dose of the vaccine, or a person recovering from infection) starting from 1 Ramadan 1442 AH, while adhering to the precautionary measures and preventive measures.
The source emphasized that the only approved platform for taking Umrah and prayer permits is through the apps (Umrah) and (Tawakolna), calling for caution from fake platforms and fake sites, and to make sure of the dates and dates according to the registrar through the application.
The source also indicated that entering the Grand Mosque requires displaying the permit to the competent authorities through the application (Tawakilna), from the account of the pilgrim or the worshiper directly.
Granting permits to perform Umrah rituals and prayers in the Grand Mosque and visiting the Prophet’s Mosque starting from the date of Ramadan 1 1442 AH for the fortified persons ... and reservations through the apps (Umrah) and (Twaklna) ... and a warning against campaigns and fake websites.
An official source at the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah stated that, based on the wise leadership’s keenness on the health and safety of those who visit the Two Holy Mosques and those working for them with the close proximity to the blessed month of Ramadan, it has Has been decided to raise the operational capacity of the Grand Mosque in Makkah, while adhering to all precautionary measures and preventive measures issued by the competent authorities And according to the following controls:
First: Granting permits to perform Umrah and prayers in the Grand Mosque and to visit the Prophet’s Mosque starting from the date of Ramadan 1 1442 AH for immunized persons according to what the (Tawakolna) application shows for immunization categories (a vaccinated person who received two doses of the Corona virus vaccine or a fortified person who spent 14 days after receiving the first dose Of the vaccine, or a person recovering from the infection).
Second: Reservation of permits to perform Umrah, prayers and visit rituals will be through the apps (Umrah) and (Tawakkulna), by reserving the available time slot according to the wish of the guest of God and in line with the possible operational capacity to apply the precautionary measures
Third: Viewing the permits and verifying their validity will be through the (Tawakolna) application, directly from the account of the beneficiary of the permit in the application.
