The Ministry of Islamic Affairs launches the first shipments of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques gift program of dates abroad

Beth: The Ministry of Islamic Affairs, Call and Guidance launched, today, Thursday, the sixth of Rajab, 1442 AH, from the headquarters of the Saudi Dates Factory in Al-Ahsa Governorate, the launch of the first shipments of dates from the gift program of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud - may God protect him - from dates abroad for the year 1442 AH For distribution to Muslims in 24 countries around the world from minorities, communities, institutions and Islamic personalities during the blessed month of Ramadan this year, which comes as an extension of the interest the Kingdom's leadership attaches to the service of Islam and Muslims, touches on their needs, and deepens the ties and bonds of brotherhood and love with all Muslims, especially In the month of goodness and giving.

On this occasion, the Undersecretary for Islamic Affairs in Charge Sheikh Muhammad bin Abdul Wahid Al-Arifi said: The Ministry, under the direct supervision of His Excellency the Minister Dr. Abdul Latif bin Abdulaziz Al Sheikh, was honored this day by shipping the first batches of this gift which it attaches so important because it bears a dear name to everyone, Moulay Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques It also embodies the Kingdom's humanitarian and pioneering role in serving Muslims and touches their needs in the blessed month of Ramadan every year.

Sheikh Muhammad Al-Arifi explained that this year, the Ministry worked early on to make all the necessary arrangements to include the gift from various continents of the world according to the need and requests received, in coordination with the offices of the religious attachés in the embassies of the Kingdom, and the centers of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques in the countries of the world, as it approved this year the implementation of the program in ( 24) countries according to specific standards that achieve the goals of the program, its lofty message, and its inclusiveness for all beneficiaries.

 

The ceremony was attended by the launching of the shipment of the gift of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, Director of the Seasonal Programs at the Ministry of Islamic Affairs Sheikh Salman bin Abdulaziz Al-Fuhaid and a number of officials in the ministry, and a group of representatives of satellite channels and Saudi media.
