Marketing materials for the Trump International Wadi Safar project in Diriyah, northwest of Riyadh, have revealed details of a collection of luxury residential mansions being developed by Dar Global within the Rayana community, one of the Saudi capital’s prominent real estate and tourism development destinations.
The master plan includes Trump International Hotel, Trump International Golf Club, and an 18-hole golf course, alongside residential mansions overlooking either the golf course or the valley’s natural landscape.
The mansions are offered in three main architectural designs, with land plots ranging from 1,001 to 6,458 square meters and built-up areas ranging from 1,047 to 5,647 square meters. The residences feature six to eight bedrooms.
The development combines luxury residential architecture, privacy, and hospitality and leisure amenities, in a location close to Diriyah’s major cultural and heritage attractions.
Dar Global owns and develops the project, while the Trump brand is used under a licensing agreement, as specified in the project's official brochure.
BETH Analysis | Luxury Real Estate and Global Brands
The project reflects a growing trend toward integrated real estate communities that extend beyond residential properties to incorporate hospitality, sports, and lifestyle services, targeting a specific segment of buyers and investors.
It also highlights the expanding presence of international brands in Saudi Arabia’s real estate market, alongside major tourism and cultural developments across Diriyah and Riyadh.
The economic value of such developments is measured not merely by architectural luxury, but by their ability to attract investment, stimulate the services sector, create employment opportunities, and strengthen the competitiveness of Saudi Arabia’s real estate market.
