Crown Prince to Deliver Royal Address
On behalf of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, Prince Mohammed bin Salman will open today the third year of the ninth term of the Shura Council with the annual Royal Address

His Royal Highness Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz, Crown Prince and Prime Minister, will deliver the annual Royal Address today, Wednesday, on behalf of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz, marking the opening of the third year of the ninth term of the Shura Council.
The annual Royal Address presents the Kingdom’s key directions and priorities in domestic and foreign affairs and outlines the main paths guiding the work of the Shura Council during the new year.
Shura Council Speaker Sheikh Dr. Abdullah bin Mohammed Al Al-Sheikh said the annual Royal Address serves as a national reference guiding the Council in carrying out its mission and reflects the leadership’s attention to its role in advancing national development.
During the second year of its ninth term, the Council held 46 sessions and issued 555 decisions covering government agencies’ annual reports, laws and regulations, as well as memoranda of cooperation.
The address is expected to highlight the Kingdom’s main national, regional, and international priorities for the coming period.
