Crown Prince and Prime Minister Mohammed bin Salman met today, Tuesday, in Riyadh with UAE Vice President, Deputy Prime Minister and Chairman of the Presidential Court Sheikh Mansour bin Zayed Al Nahyan.
Sheikh Mansour’s visit to the Kingdom came at an invitation extended to him yesterday, Monday, by Defense Minister Prince Khalid bin Salman, adding significance to the meeting beyond the framework of a routine visit amid the current regional developments.
Sheikh Mansour conveyed the greetings of UAE President Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan to the Crown Prince, while Prince Mohammed bin Salman asked him to convey his greetings to the UAE President.
The two sides discussed the fraternal relations between Saudi Arabia and the UAE and developments in the region, at a time when political and security movements are accelerating and the files of the Gulf, Yemen, the Red Sea, and maritime security are increasingly intertwined.
The meeting was attended by Defense Minister Prince Khalid bin Salman.
