Construction and development work continues across the Kingdom in multiple sectors, ranging from major destination projects to roads, airports, and cultural and scientific facilities.

BETH highlights examples of ongoing work:

Qiddiya City: Progress continues across several facilities, with completion reaching 49% at the Speed Park Track, 10% at the National Tennis Center, and 8% at Prince Mohammed bin Salman Stadium, alongside continued work across the rest of the city’s projects.

Royal Opera House – Diriyah: Construction is advancing on the project located on the Grand Boulevard. It includes a main opera hall, a rooftop theater, and a multipurpose hall, with a total capacity of 3,100 seats.

Misk City – Riyadh: Exterior lighting tests have begun at the Science Center project after most of the façade cladding work was completed. The center is being prepared to host interactive experiences and spaces dedicated to science and innovation.

Trump Tower – Jeddah: Work continues on the 47-story project overlooking the Red Sea. It will include around 350 residential units, in addition to leisure and recreation facilities.

Northern Riyadh: Development work has begun at the intersection of Othman bin Affan Road and Anas bin Malik Road, including the construction of a 950-meter bridge to improve traffic efficiency.

Al-Arid District – Riyadh: A mixed-use building on Olaya Street is nearing completion, adjacent to one of the Riyadh Metro stations and featuring a design inspired by Salmani architecture.

Makkah: New traffic lanes have been opened as part of road network development projects, including additional sections of the Third Ring Road and Prince Saud Al Faisal Road.

King Abdulaziz International Airport – Jeddah: The gradual operation of Terminal 4 has begun. The terminal covers 97,000 square meters and has a capacity of around 15 million passengers, with international airlines transferring their operations to the terminal in stages.

BETH Analysis

The picture is not about a single project or one sector, but rather a simultaneous wave of implementation spanning entertainment, culture, science, housing, transport, roads and airports.

What stands out is that development is advancing across multiple cities and at different levels at the same time, from long-term megaprojects to facilities already entering operational stages.

The Kingdom is not only building new destinations; it is expanding the infrastructure that will serve its cities, economy and everyday life for years to come.
