The 12th edition of the Riyadh Economic Forum will be held in Riyadh from October 12 to 14, 2026, under the patronage of Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz, with the participation of officials, decision-makers, and economic experts.

Organized by the Riyadh Chamber, the forum returns after a journey spanning nearly a quarter of a century, during which it has focused on transforming economic studies into practical recommendations and initiatives.

Across its previous 11 editions, the forum presented 57 scientific studies, resulting in 384 recommendations and initiatives, in addition to organizing 157 seminars and workshops and 122 panel discussions.

The forum’s significance lies in its position between the private sector and decision-makers. It raises economic and development issues, then works to translate the outcomes of studies and discussions into tracks that can contribute to policy development and greater economic efficiency.

The new edition seeks to strengthen the partnership between the public and private sectors and open direct dialogue between the business community, policymakers, and leaders of influential institutions, at a time when the Saudi economy is undergoing rapid transformations in investment, localization, and sectoral diversification.

After 11 editions, the question is no longer how many sessions the forum holds or how many people participate, but rather:

What moves from studies into decisions?

That is where its core value lies:

Turning an economic idea from a conference-room discussion into part of the development process.
