Riyadh will host the second edition of TOURISE from March 23 to 25, 2027, under the theme “Alliances That Move the World,” under the patronage of Crown Prince and Prime Minister Mohammed bin Salman, with the participation of global leaders from the tourism, technology, investment, sustainability, culture, and transport sectors. The forum’s official website confirms the dates of the upcoming edition in Riyadh.

The forum comes as Saudi Arabia expands its tourism ambitions after surpassing its target of receiving 100 million visitors annually ahead of schedule and raising its goal to 150 million visitors a year by 2030.

Minister of Tourism and Chairman of the TOURISE Board Ahmed Al-Khateeb said the future of tourism will not be shaped by a single destination, company, or institution, but by the strength of alliances built across sectors, noting that Saudi Arabia has witnessed the impact of integrating ambition, investment, and strategic partnerships.

The second edition carries a theme that links tourism with capital, technology, and infrastructure, in a direction aimed at turning cross-sector cooperation into investments, projects, and practical solutions rather than leaving it within the framework of traditional discussions.

From Dialogue to Investment

The first edition of TOURISE demonstrated the forum’s ability to move from a discussion platform to a space for deals, recording $113 billion in investments linked to the forum’s portfolio, alongside dozens of announcements and memoranda of understanding, with broad participation from leaders and decision-makers from more than 100 countries.

The investments covered destinations, hotels, retail, talent development, and AI-powered platforms, reflecting tourism’s transition from a standalone service sector into an ecosystem connected to technology, finance, infrastructure, and supply chains.

Saudi Arabia Moves Forward
