Adeera, the hospitality company owned by the Public Investment Fund, has opened its first hotel, Atheel KAFD, in Riyadh’s King Abdullah Financial District, marking the company’s operational debut in the hospitality sector from one of the capital’s leading business hubs.

The hotel features 214 rooms and suites, along with five restaurants and cafés and integrated hospitality facilities designed to serve the business community and visitors to Riyadh.

The opening of Atheel KAFD represents the first operational step in Adeera’s hotel portfolio, linking hospitality expansion directly with the capital’s growing economic and tourism activity.

Its location within KAFD gives the project added significance, placing it at the heart of a major center for business, investment and events, where demand for premium accommodation continues to grow.

With Atheel KAFD, Adeera begins its first hotel presence in Riyadh, entering a market where hospitality is expanding alongside tourism, business and major events.
