Trump Tower Jeddah Rises

Construction continues on the Red Sea residential development, paving the way for a new global real estate brand to join Jeddah’s waterfront skyline

Construction is continuing on Trump Tower Jeddah, a project being developed by Dar Global on the Jeddah Corniche in collaboration with the Trump Organization. Upon completion, it is expected to become one of the city’s most prominent luxury residential towers overlooking the Red Sea.
The development will rise 47 floors and comprise approximately 350 residences, including one- to four-bedroom apartments and three- and four-bedroom penthouses, with sizes ranging from 70 to 365 square metres.
The project has an announced value of approximately SAR 2 billion and is scheduled for completion in December 2029, according to the developer’s published timeline. Project details
Views and Exclusive Amenities
The tower occupies a prime location on Jeddah’s waterfront, near the marina, the Formula 1 circuit, and King Fahd Fountain, offering direct views of both the Red Sea and the city.
The development will feature the Trump Private Club, restaurants, meeting rooms, a fitness centre, a yoga area, swimming pools for adults and children, a jacuzzi, and round-the-clock concierge services.
These facilities position it within the branded and serviced-residence segment rather than the conventional residential tower market.
The project is owned and developed by Dar Global, while the Trump name and trademark are used under a licensing agreement. According to the project’s official disclosure, the Trump Organization is not the developer, owner, or seller of the residences.
An Expanding Brand
Trump Tower Jeddah was announced in December 2024, before the partnership between Dar Global and the Trump Organization expanded to include Trump Plaza Jeddah and other developments in Wadi Safar, Riyadh.
This expansion indicates that the Saudi property market is no longer attracting capital and developers alone. It is also drawing international real estate brands that give developments a globally recognised identity and a consistent model of design, services, and marketing.

Trump Tower represents more than the addition of 47 floors to Jeddah’s skyline. It reflects the city’s real estate market entering a new phase based on branded residences, exclusive services, and the ability to attract both domestic and international buyers.
The project’s value does not derive solely from the Trump name, despite the global marketing visibility it provides. The real test will lie in construction quality, adherence to the delivery schedule, the standard of operations and services after occupancy, and the tower’s ability to retain its property value over time.
Its Corniche location also reflects the transformation of Jeddah’s waterfront into a major hub for luxury property, hospitality, and tourism, benefiting from the city’s position as the gateway to the Two Holy Mosques and as an economic and tourism centre on the Red Sea.
A global brand may draw attention to the tower, but what will make it an enduring Jeddah landmark is its ability to contribute to the city as much as it benefits from its name and location.
