Work is progressing on the “King’s College Riyadh” school project within Sedra community, developed by Roshn Group, in a step that reflects the accelerating development of educational infrastructure within integrated community projects in the capital.

The project spans an area of 36.3 thousand square meters, and includes integrated educational and sports facilities such as swimming pools, sports fields, laboratories, a theater, libraries, and studios for music and arts, with the aim of delivering a comprehensive educational experience in line with the highest international standards.

Roshn Group, one of the companies of the Public Investment Fund, had announced in February the launch of the project in partnership with Cognita Middle East, which will operate the school upon completion, while Roshn will undertake the development and construction of the facility within Sedra community.

The project represents the largest educational investment undertaken by Roshn in the private education sector to date, as the school will cover all stages from early childhood to secondary education, within a model that combines international standards with local community needs.

Osama Qabbani, Chief Development Officer at Roshn Group, confirmed that integrating a world-class educational institution within Sedra community enhances quality of life, expands educational options for residents, and supports the group’s direction toward developing integrated, human-centered environments, in line with the objectives of Saudi Vision 2030.
