AlUla Development Company, a subsidiary of the Public Investment Fund (PIF), announced the start of construction of the Nomaj – Autograph Collection hotel in partnership with Marriott International, located in the heart of AlUla, as part of the region’s luxury hospitality development projects.

The hotel will feature around 250 rooms, along with integrated facilities including restaurants, cafés, a spa, a fitness center, and business amenities, with an expected opening in 2027.

The project is based on a design concept inspired by AlUla’s natural and cultural heritage, incorporating sustainable practices aimed at achieving LEED Gold certification, including the use of local resources, water and energy efficiency, and environmental preservation.

The name “Nomaj” and the overall design philosophy reflect AlUla’s historical role as a guiding destination for travelers, through modern architectural elements rooted in local identity.
