The hotel is located at the heart of KAFD and features 210 rooms and luxury suites, along with 7 diverse dining venues, a spa, and a fitness center, making it the second hotel operating within the district after the Kimpton.
The opening marks the debut of the W Hotels brand in Saudi Arabia, combining contemporary design with the vibrant identity the brand is known for, targeting a new generation of global travelers seeking a distinctive hospitality experience that blends luxury with modern energy.
This opening comes as part of the accelerating transformation of KAFD, one of Riyadh’s most prominent urban developments, which integrates offices, residential spaces, hospitality, and entertainment into a comprehensive environment aimed at attracting global business and investment.
