Riyadh | BETH
The CEO of Diriyah Company announced that residential unit sales have reached SAR 17 billion, with residents expected to begin moving into some projects خلال العام الجاري, in an indication of the accelerating transition from development to actual operation.
The company had previously announced, during its participation in Cityscape 2025, the launch of its new residential project “Manazel Al-Hadawi” and the start of off-plan sales, within the Media and Innovation District.
In its first phase, the project includes 239 residential units with designs inspired by Najdi heritage, covering an area of approximately 76,000 square meters, overlooking Wadi Hanifah, with prices starting from SAR 1.6 million.
At that time, the company also signed three new contracts with a total value of SAR 5.73 billion, including the development of King Khalid Road, the construction of office buildings, and the development of residential land, as part of the accelerating implementation of the project’s infrastructure.
Diriyah is considered one of the Kingdom’s largest development projects, spanning 14 square kilometers within a broader supervisory area of 194 square kilometers, with a target of attracting 50 million visits annually by 2030, accommodating more than 100,000 residents, and creating around 180,000 jobs.
