Continued International Calls in Support of the Kingdom

His Royal Highness Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, Crown Prince and Prime Minister, received a number of telephone calls from world leaders, addressing developments in the region and the ongoing military escalation.

The calls included His Majesty King Felipe VI of the Kingdom of Spain, during which the latest regional developments and their implications for regional and international security were discussed. The King affirmed Spain’s solidarity with the Kingdom and its support for the measures it is taking to safeguard its sovereignty and security.

His Royal Highness also received a call from President Shavkat Mirziyoyev, President of the Republic of Uzbekistan, during which the military escalation in the region was discussed. He expressed his country’s condemnation of the repeated Iranian attacks and affirmed Uzbekistan’s solidarity and support for the Kingdom.

In a similar call, His Royal Highness discussed with President Mohamed Ould Cheikh El Ghazouani, President of the Islamic Republic of Mauritania, the serious developments in the region and the repercussions of the ongoing escalation on security and stability. The Mauritanian President expressed his country’s support and solidarity with the Kingdom in facing attacks that target its security and sovereignty.
