The expansion includes Route 15 along Prince Sultan Road, and Route 16 linking the Jeddah Corniche with Prince فيصل بن فهد Road, enhancing connectivity between key areas and providing more flexible mobility options.

Buses will operate daily from 4:00 PM to 11:00 PM, with extended hours until 2:00 AM on Thursdays and Fridays, to accommodate peak times and evening activities.

Route 16 includes approximately 15 stops, with a bus every 45 minutes and up to 30 trips daily, while Route 15 offers a bus every 35 minutes with up to 35 trips per day, improving efficiency and increasing available options for users.

CEO of Jeddah Transport Company, Yusuf Al-Sayegh, stated that the launch of these routes represents an additional step in developing the city’s public transport system, keeping pace with rapid urban growth and supporting the goals of Saudi Vision 2030.

The company also encouraged users to download the Jeddah Buses app to easily plan their journeys and access real-time route and schedule information.
