The call reflects a notable shift in the European position toward more explicit support for the Kingdom amid the regional escalation, as the discourse is no longer limited to calls for de-escalation, but has extended to direct condemnation of the attacks and affirmation of the Kingdom’s right to defend its sovereignty.

It also indicates a growing recognition of the Kingdom’s role as a pillar of regional stability and a key partner in global energy and security balances.
