Interior Minister Inspects 911 Operations Center

His Royal Highness Prince Abdulaziz bin Saud bin Naif bin Abdulaziz, Minister of Interior, visited the Unified Security Operations Center (911) in Riyadh, where His Royal Highness reviewed the center’s workflow and extended Eid al-Fitr greetings to its personnel.
During the visit, His Royal Highness followed up on the center’s level of readiness and operational efficiency in responding to reports in multiple languages and processing them. He also reviewed the security and humanitarian services provided by the center to citizens, residents, and visitors through the unified emergency number (911).
His Royal Highness was briefed on the latest technologies used in handling reports, the speed of response, and the follow-up processes until the completion of the necessary executive procedures.
He also listened to a brief presentation delivered by Brigadier General Omar bin Ayedh Al-Talhi, Commander of the National Security Operations Center, which covered:
Field monitoring systems for main roads and vital locations
Data analysis systems and their operational mechanisms
The unified operational framework among participating security and government entities
He noted that this system has been developed in line with the latest global best practices.
