Riyadh at the Center of Consultations

Prince Faisal bin Farhan Al Saud, Minister of Foreign Affairs, received on Monday at the Ministry’s headquarters in Riyadh Egypt’s Minister of Foreign Affairs, Emigration and Egyptian Expatriates, Dr. Badr Abdelatty.

During the meeting, the two sides reviewed bilateral cooperation relations between the two brotherly countries and ways to enhance them in various fields.

The two ministers also discussed ongoing efforts to reduce the level of escalation in the region in a way that contributes to restoring security and stability, reiterating their condemnation of the continued Iranian attacks on the Kingdom and a number of Arab countries.

The reception was attended by Prince Musab bin Mohammed Al-Farhan, Advisor to the Minister of Foreign Affairs for Political Affairs, and the Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs for Political Affairs, Dr. Saud Al-Sati.

Within the framework of diplomatic contacts, the Minister of Foreign Affairs held a phone call with Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs of the United Arab Emirates.

During the call, the two sides discussed the current developments in the region in light of the continued unjustified Iranian attacks against the Gulf states, as well as ways to reinforce the region’s security and stability.

Prince Faisal bin Farhan also received a phone call from the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Elmedin Konaković, during which they discussed the latest developments in the region and the efforts being made in this regard.
