Construction work is continuing on the Trump Tower project in Jeddah, one of the luxury residential developments being built by Dar Global in partnership with the Trump Organization, as part of the expansion of high-end real estate projects along the Red Sea coast.

The project is considered one of the city’s prominent new residential towers. It will rise 47 floors with direct views of the Red Sea and include approximately 350 luxury residential units, ranging from upscale apartments to penthouses, alongside amenities and services designed in line with the hospitality and luxury real estate standards associated with the brand of Donald Trump.

According to announced information, the project is expected to be completed in 2029, as part of a development strategy aimed at attracting international buyers and investors in the Kingdom’s luxury real estate sector, benefiting from the growing demand for high-end residential developments in Saudi Arabia’s coastal cities.

Project Background:
The tower is part of a series of branded real estate projects linked to the Trump name that are being developed by Dar Global in several cities worldwide. The development reflects the growing expansion of luxury real estate investments in Saudi Arabia, alongside the Kingdom’s broader urban and tourism transformation under Vision 2030.
