The showcased projects include:
Development of Half Moon Bay and multiple waterfronts
Construction and enhancement of more than 250 parks and public gardens under an investment model aligned with the Saudi Green Initiative
Public transport, marine transport, marinas, and marine club projects

The municipality is also presenting investment opportunities in:
The Water Tower (landmark), Al-Othaim Circle, Alshaya Center on the Khobar Corniche, and various infrastructure and service investments in industrial zones, logistics hubs, and labor cities.
Additionally, the municipality is highlighting Sustainability City, a waste-recycling project developed in partnership with SIRC, a subsidiary of the Public Investment Fund.
The pavilion also features 478 ready-to-invest opportunities for investors and entrepreneurs.
The pavilion includes dedicated sections showcasing efforts in smart cities, environmental safety, infrastructure development, urban humanization, recreational and tourism activities, and urban landscape enhancement, all contributing to improved quality of life.
Al-Zahrani affirmed that the municipality’s participation aligns with its strategy to strengthen partnerships with the private sector, and stimulate economic and tourism activity in the Eastern Province, fully in line with Saudi Vision 2030. He added that the municipality works in collaboration with the Ministry of Municipal and Rural Affairs and Housing, the Eastern Province Development Authority, the Quality of Life Program, the Sports Federation, PIF companies, and other key entities to drive development and elevate services for residents and visitors.
