Eastern Province Municipality Showcases Development and Investment Projects Worth Over SAR 30 Billion at Cityscape Global in Riyadh

The Eastern Province Municipality is showcasing its major development and investment projects, along with key Quality of Life initiatives, through its pavilion at Cityscape Global, held in Riyadh from 17 to 20 November 2025.
With a total value exceeding SAR 30 billion, the projects highlight the region’s strong and growing investment appeal, attracting local, Gulf, and international investors across various sectors.
Among the most prominent projects presented by the Municipality are:
Development of Half Moon Bay beaches, waterfronts, and over 250 parks and public gardens, designed under an investment model aligned with the Saudi Green Initiative.
Public transport and marine mobility projects, ports, the Marine Club, King Abdullah Cultural Center, Coral Island, Dammam Creek, Al-Hamra Corniche, Plaza Corniche, and the Global City Project near Saihat Lake.
The first standardized beach in the Kingdom, the iconic Water Tower, Othaim Circle, and Alshaya Center on Khobar Corniche.
Strategic infrastructure and service investment projects in industrial, logistical, and labor cities.
The Municipality is also unveiling several initiatives within Half Moon Bay and the Sustainability City Project, in collaboration with the Saudi Investment Recycling Company (SIRC), a subsidiary of the Public Investment Fund (PIF), alongside multiple joint ventures with investors. In addition, more than 478 investment opportunities are being showcased across the Eastern Province.
The pavilion includes interactive zones that highlight the Municipality’s efforts in:
Promoting smart cities and environmental sustainability.
Enhancing infrastructure and public services.
Advancing urban humanization programs and improving cityscapes.
Developing tourism, entertainment, and green spaces to support the Kingdom’s Quality of Life goals.
This participation reflects the Municipality’s commitment to strengthening partnerships with the private sector and entrepreneurs, and to advancing urban and economic growth in alignment with Saudi Vision 2030, ensuring the Eastern Province continues to evolve as a vibrant, livable, and investment-friendly region.
The Municipality also works in close collaboration with the Ministry of Municipal, Rural Affairs, and Housing, the Eastern Province Development Authority, the Quality of Life Program, the Saudi Sports Federation, PIF companies, and other public and private entities to enhance urban services and accelerate regional development.
Held under the umbrella of the Ministry of Municipal, Rural Affairs, and Housing, Cityscape Global serves as a leading platform connecting investors, developers, financiers, architects, urban planners, and policymakers, fostering partnerships and exploring the latest advancements in the real estate and development sectors at both local and global levels.
