The Deputy Minister of Municipalities and Housing inaugurates the 35th edition of Saudi Build 2025

With the participation of more than 422 exhibitors from 23 countries, His Excellency Eng. Ihab Ghazi Al-Hashani, Deputy Minister of Municipalities and Housing, inaugurated today the 35th edition of Saudi Build 2025, held under the patronage of H.E. Minister Majid bin Abdullah Al-Hogail, at the Riyadh International Convention and Exhibition Center (RICEC), running from 3 – 6 November 2025.

H.E. Al-Hashani toured the exhibition pavilions and reviewed the latest innovative solutions in modern construction technologies and smart infrastructure, praising the exceptional progress achieved by the Saudi construction sector and its pivotal role in supporting the objectives of Saudi Vision 2030.

He emphasized that Saudi Build has become a global hub attracting leading experts and construction technology companies from around the world — enhancing knowledge exchange, advancing technology transfer, and reinforcing sustainable urban development pathways in the Kingdom.

For his part, Mr. Mohammed Al-Husseini, CEO of Riyadh Exhibitions Company, highlighted that the event reflects the Kingdom’s commitment to developing the construction ecosystem and enabling high-value investments in large-scale urban development projects, making the exhibition an international meeting point for innovators, investors, and developers showcasing next-generation building solutions.

Starting tomorrow, the exhibition will feature panel sessions and interactive talks led by local and international CEOs and experts, discussing emerging global trends in digital construction, sustainability, future building technologies, and success stories of Saudi projects that have become global benchmarks in efficiency and quality.

Saudi Build 2025 opens its doors daily from 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM, and includes diverse specialized sectors such as construction technologies & materials, interior finishing, stone & aluminum systems, façades & glass solutions, heavy machinery, lighting & energy, water & infrastructure systems, and integrated urban development fields.
