International Industrial Meetings in Riyadh to Boost Investment

Saudi Minister of Industry and Mineral Resources, Bandar Al-Khorayef, held bilateral meetings with leaders of global companies specialized in advanced manufacturing technologies and the maritime industries, on the sidelines of the Future Investment Initiative (FII9) in Riyadh, to explore investment opportunities, transfer technological capabilities to the Kingdom, and strengthen industrial cooperation in line with the targets of Saudi Vision 2030.

The discussions covered advanced manufacturing sectors, shipbuilding and maintenance, computing and artificial intelligence technologies, and localization of advanced systems, with the participation of major international companies including: GIGABYTE Group, Giga Computing Technology, Fincantieri, D-Orbit, and Intel Corporation.

Minister Al-Khorayef also witnessed the signing of a cooperation agreement between the National Industrial Development Center and Fincantieri, aimed at enhancing partnership in the maritime industry sector — reinforcing Saudi Arabia’s position as a global industrial hub, while accelerating the transfer of high-value knowledge and advanced technologies into the Kingdom.
