SAR 105 Billion to Support SMEs Through the “Refund” Government Fee Reimbursement Initiative

The Riyadh Chamber of Commerce has announced the launch of the second edition of the Government Fees Refund Initiative (Estrdad), overseen by the Small and Medium Enterprises General Authority (Monsha’at), with a total value of SAR 105 billion.
The initiative aims to strengthen the continuity and growth of small and medium enterprises (SMEs) and enhance their ability to overcome economic challenges.

The Chamber explained that the initiative targets SMEs during their first three years of operation, in accordance with specific eligibility criteria, to ease their financial burdens and enable expansion and sustainability in their business activities.

Supervised by the Federation of Saudi Chambers, the initiative seeks to empower and sustain SMEs, helping them overcome obstacles faced in their early stages, and supporting the goals of Saudi Vision 2030 in building a diversified economy driven by entrepreneurship and innovation.

The authority invited all eligible enterprises established since 2024 to register and verify their eligibility through the official platform:

The Riyadh Chamber emphasized that this initiative represents a practical step toward empowering entrepreneurs and stimulating the national business ecosystem to achieve greater growth and competitiveness in local and regional markets.
