His Excellency Eng. Fahd bin Mohammed Al-Jubeir, Mayor of the Eastern Province, congratulated the Municipality’s staff on Dammam’s achievement of ranking second in Saudi Arabia and third in the Arab world for quality of life, according to the Numbeo Global Index 2025.
He emphasized that this national accomplishment reflects the city’s progressive development and its alignment with the objectives of Saudi Vision 2030, aiming to build modern cities that enhance human well-being and reflect the leadership’s vision for sustainable urban prosperity.
