Proactive Preparations for Hajj 1447H

The Ministry of Hajj and Umrah continues its proactive efforts as part of its comprehensive plans to welcome pilgrims for the upcoming Hajj season 1447H, set to begin in eight months. The Ministry reaffirmed its commitment to enhancing services and improving the spiritual experience of pilgrims through a series of meetings and initiatives carried out during Rabi’ Al-Awwal.

Broad International Coordination

Coordination with representatives of more than 60 countries through Hajj missions.

Over 50 meetings held with stakeholders to prepare for the launch of the “Saudi Buses” initiative, aimed at upgrading pilgrims’ transport experience.

Platforms & Service Development

Accreditation of more than 16 companies for international pilgrims via the “Nusuk Masar” platform.

Digital automation of service guides for over 75 countries.

Activation of more than 189 hospitality centers for pilgrims.

Qualification of more than 24 companies to serve international pilgrims and ensure operational readiness.

Innovative Initiatives

Over 25 workshops organized to enhance services and facilitate pilgrims’ journey.

Launch and approval of more than 25 innovative initiatives for the upcoming Hajj season.

Licensing of more than 11 companies to serve domestic pilgrims.

Launch of a dedicated database for volunteers wishing to participate during Hajj 1447H.

Opening applications for social responsibility initiatives led by the Ministry.

The Ministry emphasized that these continuous, year-round preparations are designed to elevate the pilgrims’ experience and ensure a seamless and fulfilling spiritual journey, in alignment with the objectives of Saudi Vision 2030 to serve the Guests of Allah with the highest standards of care and hospitality.
