Riyadh Meeting… Affirming the Depth of Saudi–UAE Partnership

Riyadh – BETH | 11 Rabiʽ Al-Awwal 1447 AH, corresponding to September 3, 2025

His Royal Highness Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, Crown Prince and Prime Minister, today in Riyadh received His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the United Arab Emirates.

The meeting reviewed the deep-rooted fraternal relations between the two countries and ways to enhance them in various fields, in addition to discussing regional developments, foremost of which are the latest events in Palestine.

Attending the meeting from the Saudi side were Their Royal Highnesses:

Prince Abdulaziz bin Salman bin Abdulaziz, Minister of Energy

Prince Abdulaziz bin Saud bin Naif bin Abdulaziz, Minister of Interior

Prince Abdullah bin Bandar bin Abdulaziz, Minister of the National Guard

Prince Khalid bin Salman bin Abdulaziz, Minister of Defense

Prince Faisal bin Farhan bin Abdullah, Minister of Foreign Affairs

And His Excellency Dr. Musaed bin Mohammed Al-Aiban, Minister of State, Member of the Council of Ministers, and National Security Advisor

From the UAE side, the attendees included:

His Highness Sheikh Tahnoun bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Ruler of Abu Dhabi and National Security Advisor

His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed Al Nahyan, Deputy Head of the Presidential Court for Special Affairs

His Excellency Sheikh Mohammed bin Hamad Al Nahyan, Advisor to the President of the State

His Excellency Ali bin Hammad Al Shamsi, Secretary-General of the Supreme National Security Council

His Excellency Mohammed bin Hassan Al Suwaidi, Minister of Investment

His Excellency Dr. Ahmed bin Mubarak Al Mazrouei, Head of the President’s Office for Strategic Affairs

And His Excellency Sheikh Nahyan bin Saif Al Nahyan, UAE Ambassador to the Kingdom

Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed had arrived in Riyadh earlier today, where His Royal Highness the Crown Prince was at the forefront of those receiving him upon his arrival at King Khalid International Airport.

Upon his departure from Riyadh, His Highness the Crown Prince was also at the forefront of those bidding him farewell, accompanied by Prince Khalid bin Salman bin Abdulaziz, Minister of Defense.
