During the meeting, the organizational procedures for the council’s work were approved, and the council’s sub-committees were formed: (the Political Coordination Committee, the Security Coordination Committee, the Coordination Committee in the fields of economy, energy, trade and industry, the Coordination Committee in the fields of culture, media, tourism and social development, and the Coordination Committee in the areas of investment, environment and infrastructure) .

The two sides expressed their aspiration to the forthcoming Council meetings, during which a common vision will be developed to strengthen and deepen relations between the two countries in all fields in order to achieve the aspirations of the two rational leaders in terms of enhancing security and stability and supporting the development and economic process in the two brotherly countries.

This came during his speech at the first meeting of the Saudi-Bahrain Coordination Council, which was held under its chairmanship from the Saudi side and headed by His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Crown Prince, Deputy Supreme Commander and Prime Minister from the Bahraini side.

At the beginning of the speech, His Highness the Crown Prince congratulated His Highness the Crown Prince of Bahrain on his appointment as Prime Minister and wished him to complete his previous efforts to achieve Bahrain Economic Vision 2030 to build a better life for the brotherly Bahraini people.
