New Delhi-Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz, prime minister, met in New Delhi today with Ms. Draupadi Murmu, president of the Republic of India.

Prince Mohammed bin Salman met today with Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi at the Hyderabad Palace in New Delhi.
The two countries discussed bilateral friendship and cooperation relations in various fields and opportunities for their development, in addition to reviewing regional and international issues of mutual interest and efforts exerted on them.
The meeting was attended by Prince Abdulaziz bin Salman bin Abdulaziz ,Minister of energy ,Prince Abdulaziz bin Saud bin Nayef bin Abdulaziz, Minister of Interior, Prince Faisal bin Farhan bin Abdullah, Minister of Foreign Affairs, Minister of State, member of the Council of Ministers, National Security Adviser Dr. Musaed bin Mohammed Al-Aiban, Minister of Commerce Dr. Majid bin Abdullah Al-Qasabi, and Minister of Finance Mohammed bin Abdullah Al-Jadaan.
The Saudi-Indian Strategic Partnership Council was held.
His Highness The Crown Prince delivered a speech at the beginning of the council, which read as follows:

India is a friendly country and the historical relations are very long between the Arabs and India and between the Saudi state and India, which are beneficial relations for both countries.
There has been no disagreement at all throughout the history of this relationship, but there has been cooperation to build the future of our peoples and create opportunities.
Today we are working on the upcoming opportunities in the future, there is a lot of agenda that we are working on, we hope through the Saudi-Indian Strategic Partnership Council to achieve these goals in all sectors, and they are very promising.
I also congratulate your country on the great achievement of managing the twenty summit file and the initiatives that emerged from it, including the corridor linking India, the Middle East and Europe, which we were asked to work hard to achieve and transform on the ground.
The Indian community has played a very big role in the economic growth of the kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and today it is about 7% of the population of the kingdom of Saudi Arabia and we consider them a part of us in the kingdom of Saudi Arabia and we take care of them as we take care of Saudi citizens.
We hope that through this council we will achieve the aspirations of our peoples, and that we will succeed, God willing, and thank you.
Then, the Indian prime minister delivered a speech welcoming His Highness The Crown Prince and prime minister on his current visit to the Republic of India, and looking forward to strengthening the partnership between the two countries in various fields.
This was followed by the signing of the minutes of the Strategic Partnership Council between the government of the kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the government of the Republic of India, signed by His Royal Highness Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, Crown Prince and prime minister, and His Excellency Prime Minister of India, Mr. Narendra Modi.
