200 thousand registered at the cityscape World exhibition in Riyadh .. International participation and major projects of Saudi Vision 2030
The cityscape International Exhibition under the auspices of the Ministry of municipal and Rural Affairs and housing and organized by Alliance, under the title "to build the home of the future", kicks off today, as the exhibition will continue until September 13, 2023, at the Riyadh Exhibition and Convention Center in Melhem, north of Riyadh city.
The agenda of the first day of the exhibition will include a series of dialogue sessions that will address a number of topics such as current innovations in women-led Real Estate technologies, the impact of design, as well as the uses of the blockchain in the real estate sector, and others.
The hackathon will address the challenges of software solutions through the development of easy-to-use and scalable solutions capable of developing the real estate sector, the challenges of new products aimed at designing and developing technology-based devices to advance the real estate sector, such as smart home technologies and so on, and the challenges of infrastructure development and compliance that seek to develop innovative infrastructure solutions and overcome compliance obstacles witnessed by the real estate technology industry such as data privacy, security, planning, etc.
The exhibition offers free draws on five residential units for visitors, two residential units in Riyadh provided by the foundations of the property, and three residential units provided by three real estate developers, namely: Faisal Abdullah bin Saidan for investment and real estate development "bin Saidan", modern Manazil, and Dar for real estate development, where the other three residential units are located in Medina and Tabuk, and cityscape international offers special offers from real estate developers, as well as privileged loans from banks.
The exhibition is held with the participation of many countries, Saudi Vision 2030 projects, and the most important real estate companies, where the number of registered exhibitors exceeded 200,000, and the demand for presence at the exhibition by exhibitors exceeded 135% of the available space at the Riyadh Exhibition and Convention Center in Melham, because the exhibition represents an important platform for reviewing unique real estate projects worldwide, especially as it has contributed to the disclosure of a number of real estate projects such as Battersea Power Plant, and many other projects, and the exhibition comes as an exceptional version in the kingdom to present many unique and distinctive projects.
