The events of the cityscape international real estate exhibition will kick off in Riyadh during the period from 10 to 13 September 2023 under the auspices of the Ministry of municipal and Rural Affairs and housing and organized by alliance company under the title "to build the home of the future", in the presence of a group of speakers, experts and those interested in the real estate sector, international and local real estate developers, interior designers, and those interested in buying real estate units, where the exhibition will be held at the Riyadh Exhibition and Convention Center in Melhem north of Riyadh city.

Visitors from 170 countries have registered their interest in attending so far, as the exhibition will host thousands of people interested in buying real estate units, real estate sector experts, and more than 2,000 investors in the real estate sector, in the presence of more than 350 exhibitors, and more than 250 international and local speakers will share their opinions and experiences through sessions of more than 250 hours of discussion through various platforms, through which the latest real estate ideas and experiences in the fields of architecture, designs, and city planning are presented, and "Cityscape Global" also reviews the best international practices in development and construction technologies in addition to highlighting the system of real estate legislation.

The exhibition will witness the participation of major and leading projects in the kingdom under one roof, such as the suburbs of Khuzam, Al Forsan and sidaim of the National Housing Company, NEOM, Rushen, central Jeddah development company, Alula, Masar destination, retal Urban Development Company, King Abdullah Financial Center "KAFD", King Salman Park, Mohammed bin Salman non-profit city, Diriyah, International Red Sea Company, Saudi downtown company, in addition to local and international projects from 24 countries, with the presence of the General Authority for real estate as a partner the Ministry of investment as an investment partner, the Tourism Development Fund as a strategic partner, and the business development mine as a real estate technologies partner.

It is noteworthy that the cityscape World Expo is an important event to review the latest developments in the real estate sector and discuss challenges through dialogue sessions and specialized workshops.the exhibition also includes the NEOM summit to build the future home, the real estate portfolio Forum, the design and architecture theater, in addition to the real estate investor forum, the real estate technologies theater, the Innovation Challenge that allows startups to present their ideas to create a more innovative future, and the Cityscape Global rush hackathon, which creates a competition among contestants to find quality solutions in the sector.
