إطلاق "شركة إكسبو 2030 الرياض"

أعلن صندوق الاستثمارات العامة، اليوم، عن إطلاق "شركة إكسبو 2030 الرياض"، المملوكة بالكامل للصندوق، لتتولى بناء وتشغيل مرافق المعرض العالمي الأول من نوعه في المملكة، واستثمارها على المدى الطويل.
وتغطي الخطة الرئيسة لموقع "إكسبو 2030" مساحة 6 ملايين متر مربع شمال مدينة الرياض، بجوار مطار الملك سلمان الدولي المستقبلي، ما يجعله من أكبر مواقع المعرض في تاريخه، ومرتبطًا مباشرة بعدد من أبرز معالم المدينة.
وتتوقع الشركة أن يجذب المعرض أكثر من 40 مليون زيارة، على أن تتحول مرافقه بعد انتهاء الحدث إلى قرية عالمية مستدامة، تحتضن مجتمعًا سكنيًا عالميًا، ومراكز تجارية ومطاعم، وأنشطة ثقافية دائمة، لتكون نموذجًا متكاملًا للسياحة الحضرية الحديثة.
وأكد سعد الكرود، رئيس الإدارة العامة للاستثمارات العقارية المحلية في الصندوق، أن الشركة ستستفيد من منظومة الصندوق المتنوعة، وتتوافق مع استراتيجيته العقارية في تحقيق التنوع الاقتصادي، ودفع عجلة الابتكار الحضري، وتحسين جودة الحياة، دعمًا لمستهدفات رؤية المملكة 2030.
ومن المنتظر أن تُطلق الشركة أعمالها بوتيرة متسارعة، بعقد شراكات مع القطاعين الخاص المحلي والدولي، في مجالات التشييد، والفعاليات، والبرامج الثقافية.
ويمثل "إكسبو 2030 الرياض"، المقرر انعقاده بين 1 أكتوبر 2030 و31 مارس 2031، فرصة تاريخية لترسيخ مكانة الرياض كعاصمة عالمية للأعمال والتجديد الحضري، تجمع بين الاستدامة والتقنيات الحديثة وجودة الحياة. وكانت الرياض قد فازت في نوفمبر 2023 باستضافة الحدث الدولي، بعد تصويت حاسم من الدورة الأولى.
ويُتوقع أن يبلغ إجمالي مساهمة المعرض في الناتج المحلي الإجمالي للمملكة خلال مرحلة البناء نحو 241 مليار ريال، مع استحداث 171 ألف وظيفة مباشرة وغير مباشرة. كما ستصل المساهمة الاقتصادية في المرحلة التشغيلية إلى نحو 21 مليار ريال.
وسيُتاح للدول المشاركة إنشاء أجنحة دائمة ضمن المرافق المستدامة للمعرض، بما يعزز فرص الأعمال والاستثمار الدولي طويل الأجل في قلب العاصمة السعودية الجديدة.
Launch of "Expo 2030 Riyadh Company"
The Public Investment Fund (PIF) announced today the launch of "Expo 2030 Riyadh Company", a wholly owned subsidiary of the Fund. The company will be responsible for the construction, operation, and long-term investment of the facilities of Expo 2030 Riyadh — the first world exposition of its kind to be hosted in the Kingdom.
The master plan for the Expo site covers 6 million square meters in the northern part of Riyadh, adjacent to the future King Salman International Airport, making it one of the largest Expo sites in the event's history and directly connected to several of the city's key landmarks.
The company expects the Expo to attract over 40 million visits, with the site's facilities to be transformed post-event into a sustainable global village featuring a world-class residential community, retail centers, restaurants, and permanent cultural activities — setting a new model for modern urban tourism.
Saad Al-Karoud, Head of Local Real Estate Investments at PIF, affirmed that the new company will leverage the Fund’s diverse local and international ecosystem, aligning with its real estate strategy to enhance economic diversification, drive urban innovation, and improve quality of life, in support of Saudi Vision 2030.
The company is expected to launch operations at an accelerated pace, forming partnerships with both local and international private sectors in construction, events management, and cultural programming.
Scheduled to take place from October 1, 2030, to March 31, 2031, Expo 2030 Riyadh represents a historic opportunity to cement Riyadh’s position as a global capital for business and urban innovation, blending sustainability, technology, and enhanced living standards. Riyadh won the bid to host the event in November 2023, securing victory in the first round of voting.
The Expo and its facilities are projected to contribute approximately SAR 241 billion to the Kingdom’s GDP during the construction phase, and create 171,000 direct and indirect jobs. During the operational phase, the contribution is expected to reach SAR 21 billion.
Participating countries will also have the opportunity to build permanent pavilions within the Expo’s sustainable infrastructure — opening long-term avenues for business and investment in the heart of Saudi Arabia’s capital of the future.
“利雅得世博会2030公司”正式成立
沙特公共投资基金（PIF）今日宣布，成立全资子公司——“利雅得世博会2030公司”，负责建设、运营和长期投资利雅得2030年世博会的相关设施。这将是沙特历史上首次主办世博会。
该世博园区的总体规划面积达600万平方米，位于利雅得北部，紧邻未来的萨勒曼国王国际机场，将成为世博会历史上最大规模的举办场地之一，并与多处地标性区域直接相连。
预计此次世博会将吸引超过4000万人次的参观。展会结束后，场地将被转型为一个可持续发展的“全球村”，包括世界级住宅区、商业中心、餐饮区及常设文化活动空间，成为现代城市旅游的新典范。
PIF本地房地产投资部主管萨阿德·卡鲁德表示：“新公司将充分利用基金多元化的本地与国际体系，此举与PIF在房地产领域的发展战略相符，有助于推动本地经济多元化、促进城市创新、提升生活质量，服务于沙特2030愿景。”
公司将以加速节奏启动运营，并计划与本地和国际私营部门合作，在建设、文化项目及活动组织等领域展开协作。
利雅得2030世博会将于2030年10月1日至2031年3月31日期间举办，为利雅得确立其作为全球商业与城市创新中心的地位提供历史机遇，并融合可持续发展、科技与高品质生活理念。该市于2023年11月凭借首轮投票获胜，赢得主办权。
预计世博会及相关设施将在建设阶段为沙特GDP贡献约2410亿里亚尔，并创造约17.1万个直接和间接就业机会。在运营阶段，预计将再为GDP贡献约210亿里亚尔。
此外，参展国家可在园区内建设永久性展馆，成为可持续基础设施的一部分，为未来商业与投资开辟持久空间，推动全球合作新格局。
Lancement de la société "Expo 2030 Riyad"
Le Fonds d’investissement public (PIF) a annoncé aujourd’hui le lancement de la société "Expo 2030 Riyad", une entité entièrement détenue par le fonds. Cette société sera chargée de la construction, l’exploitation et l’investissement à long terme des installations de l’Expo 2030 Riyad — la première exposition universelle de ce genre accueillie en Arabie Saoudite.
Le plan directeur du site de l’Expo couvre une superficie de 6 millions de mètres carrés au nord de Riyad, à proximité du futur aéroport international Roi Salman, ce qui en fait l’un des plus grands sites d’Expo de l’histoire, directement connecté à plusieurs pôles majeurs de la ville.
L’Expo devrait attirer plus de 40 millions de visites. Après l’événement, les installations seront transformées en un village mondial durable, incluant une communauté résidentielle haut de gamme, des centres commerciaux, des restaurants et des espaces culturels permanents — offrant ainsi un modèle de tourisme urbain innovant et durable.
Saad Al-Karoud, directeur des investissements immobiliers locaux au sein du PIF, a affirmé que la société bénéficiera de l’écosystème diversifié du fonds, localement et à l’international. Cette initiative s’aligne sur la stratégie immobilière du PIF visant à stimuler l’innovation urbaine, diversifier l’économie locale et améliorer la qualité de vie, conformément aux objectifs de la Vision 2030 du Royaume.
La société prévoit de lancer rapidement ses activités, en nouant des partenariats avec les secteurs privés locaux et internationaux dans les domaines de la construction, de la culture et de l’organisation d’événements.
Prévue du 1er octobre 2030 au 31 mars 2031, l’Expo 2030 Riyad représente une opportunité historique de renforcer le statut de Riyad en tant que capitale mondiale de l’innovation et des affaires, en alliant durabilité, technologie et qualité de vie. La capitale saoudienne a remporté l’organisation de l’événement en novembre 2023, dès le premier tour de vote.
On estime que l’Expo 2030 et ses infrastructures contribueront à hauteur de 241 milliards de riyals saoudiens au PIB national pendant la phase de construction, tout en générant 171 000 emplois directs et indirects. Lors de la phase d’exploitation, la contribution attendue est d’environ 21 milliards de riyals.
Les pays participants auront la possibilité de construire des pavillons permanents dans le cadre des infrastructures durables du site, créant ainsi des perspectives d’investissement et d’affaires à long terme au cœur de la capitale du futur.
