الرياض؛ 26 يوليو 2023: أعلنت مجموعة "روشن"، شركة التطوير العقاري الأكثر موثوقية وأحد المشاريع الكبرى المدعومة من صندوق الاستثمارات العامة في المملكة العربية السعودية، اليوم عن توقيع مذكرة تفاهم مع مؤسسة البريد السعودي |سُبل، وتتضمن المذكرة تسجيل مجتمعات "روشن" في نظام المؤسسة، وفي مقدمتها العنوان الوطني بخدمة العنوان المختصر المخصص، ما يضمن للسكان سهولة وسرعة الحصول على خدمات البريد وخدمة التوصيل إلى المنازل مثل خدمات توصيل الوثائق الحكومية وطلبات المتاجر الإلكترونية.
ويمكن لسكان مجتمعات "روشن" حصولهم على عناوين مخصصة تعكس الهوية الفريدة لمنازلهم وتعزز تميز مجتمعاتهم. كما تساهم الاتفاقية في تحسين التعاملات الرقمية وخدمات توصيل الطلبات والتجارة الإلكترونية، ما ينسجم مع التزامات رؤية المملكة العربية السعودية 2030 الرامية لتقديم دعم غير مسبوق للشركات الصغيرة والمتوسطة، وهو ما ينعكس إيجابًا على رفاه المجتمعات المحلية ويرتقي بجودة الحياة لسكان مجتمعات "روشن".

من جهته صرح نائب الرئيس لقطاع المبيعات الحكومية والتجارية في البريد السعودي |سبل المهندس ريان الشريف، بأن هذه الاتفاقية مع شركة رائدة في مجالها يؤكد مدى الدور المحوري لمؤسسة البريد السعودي "سبل" في رفع مستوى جودة الحياة من خلال الخدمات المتعددة التي تقدمها للقطاعين العام أو الخاص على حد سواء، مشيرًا إلى أن خدمة العنوان الوطني تعد بمثابة الهوية المكانية للأفراد بالاتساق مع أفضل الممارسات العالمية، حيث يعمل على تأهيل عملائه لإتمام تعاملاتهم التجارية والحكومية بيسر وسهولة ومن مكان وجوده، عبر نظام عنونة موحد وشامل لجميع مناطق ومدن المملكة.
وتجدر الإشارة إلى أن "روشن" وقعت اتفاقيات عديدة مع مجموعة من الشركات الرائدة في القطاع والعاملة في السعودية، بهدف تقديم أفضل وسائل الراحة ومرافق الحياة العصرية في مجتمعات "روشن"، بدءًا من الخدمات الترفيهية ووصولًا إلى التعليم والخدمات اللوجستية. وتحرص "روشن" على توفير خدمات تحديد الموقع والاتصالات لسكان مجتمعاتها، ما يكفل لهم الاستدلال على الطرق ومشاركة مواقعهم مع الضيوف بكل سهولة، فضلًا عن الاستفادة من خدمات توصيل طلبات التجارة الإلكترونية.

The MoU enrols ROSHN communities into SPL’s systems, including the National Address with its new short address service, ensuring residents can enjoy postal services and home deliveries such as: the delivery of government documents and e-stores orders.
ROSHN residents will be able to obtain special addresses, offering unique identities to their homes and deepening the character of their communities.
