Saudi Arabia Tops Global Cybersecurity Index

Saudi Arabia has maintained its first-place global ranking in cybersecurity, according to the 2025 edition of the World Competitiveness Yearbook issued by the International Institute for Management Development (IMD) in Switzerland.

🔐 A Saudi Model for Digital Sovereignty

His Excellency Dr. Musaad bin Mohammed Al-Aiban, Minister of State and Chairman of the National Cybersecurity Authority (NCA), extended his gratitude to the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud and His Royal Highness Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman for their unwavering support and visionary leadership that has placed the Kingdom at the forefront of global cybersecurity rankings.

Dr. Al-Aiban highlighted that the Kingdom has also been recognized as a “Role-Model” nation in the 2024 Global Cybersecurity Index published by the United Nations’ International Telecommunication Union (ITU).
