الرياض، 2 اغسطس 2023: حصلت مجموعة "روشن"، أحد المشاريع الكبرى لصندوق الاستثمارات العامة وشركة التطوير العقاري الرائدة في المملكة، على شهادة منظمة "أفضل بيئة عمل" للعام الثالث على التوالي. وتأتي هذه الشهادة نتيجة لتقييم مستقل أجراه برنامج منظمة "أفضل بيئة عمل"، وهو برنامج عالمي يمنح شهادات لصاحب العمل المفضل لدى الموظفين ويسلط الضوء على المؤسسات التي تقدم تجارب توظيف نموذجية استناداً إلى أصوات موظفيها. وتخضع فيه كل مؤسسة لمنهجية تقييم صارمة تسترشد بإطار عمل محدث يعكس أحدث الاتجاهات في تجارب الموظفين في جميع أنحاء العالم.

وخلال عملية التقييم، أبدى 83٪ من موظفي "روشن" رضاهم عن المجموعة، إذ سلطوا الضوء على اهتمام "روشن" بخلق تجربة متميزة للموظفين وتمكينهم من الوصول إلى أفضل ما لديهم. وأحرزت "روشن" درجات عالية خصوصاً فيما يتعلق بعنصر مشاركة الموظفين والثقة في القيادة والاهتمام بالمواهب، كما حصلت على تقيم متميز فيما يتعلق بجودة ومهارة موظفيها وممارسات فريق قسم الموارد البشرية.
