حصلت مجموعة روشن، إحدى شركات التطوير العقاري الأكثر موثوقية في المملكة العربية السعودية، على شهادة ISO 37000 لحوكمة المنظمات. وتأتي شهادة الأيزو الأخيرة في أعقاب حصول روشن مؤخرا على شهادة BIM Kitemark وفقا لمعياري أيزو 19650-1:2018 وأيزو 19650-2:2018 لاعتماد نمذجة معلومات البناء في التصميم والبناء واختبارات التشغيل من المعهد البريطاني للمعايير، مما يجعلها أول مطور عقاري سعودي يحصل على تلك الجائزة.
وبهذه المناسبة، صرح ديفيد جروفر، الرئيس التنفيذي لمجموعة روشن، في حفل أقيم بمناسبة استلام الشركة شهادة الآيزو 37000 حضره رئيس إدارة الحوكمة وإدارة المخاطر والالتزام في مجموعة روشن، راكان الهذلي، قائلاً: "تهدف روشن إلى أن تصبح الشركة الرائدة في مجال العقارات في المملكة العربية السعودية والشرق الأوسط، وهذه الشهادات التي حصلنا عليها هي إثبات للمعايير العالمية التي طورتها وحافظت عليها. ونحن ملتزمون بالتطوير والتحسين المستمر للممارسات على كل مستوى من مستويات أعمالنا لضمان بقائنا في الطليعة."

ROSHN Group receives ISO Certification for Organizational Governance
ROSHN Group, a PIF giga project and Saudi Arabia’s most trusted real estate developer has received ISO 37000 Organizational Governance certification. The latest ISO certification follows ROSHN’s recent achievement of a BIM Kitemark in accordance with ISO 19650-1:2018 and ISO 19650-2:2018 for the adoption of BIM in design, construction, and commissioning from the British Standards Institute, making it the first Saudi housing developer to achieve receiving the award.
