وقَّعت مجموعة "كيو القابضة" اتفاقيتين مهمتين مع شركة تروجان للمقاولات العامة، إحدى الشركات المحلية الرائدة في قطاع البناء والإنشاءات، تتولى الأخيرة بموجبهما أعمال تصميم وبناء 1742 فيلا للمواطنين في منطقتي السمحة وغرب بني ياس في أبوظبي لصالح "كيو القابضة".
وتأتي الاتفاقيتان في أعقاب اتفاقية شراكة بين كيو القابضة وهيئة أبوظبي للإسكان بهدف تطوير المنطقتين بما يتوافق مع رؤية أبوظبي 2030 في بناء مدن مستدامة، وتوفير بيئة سكنية متقدمة لمواطني الدولة.
وقال السيد ماجد فؤاد عودة، الرئيس التنفيذي لمجموعة كيو القابضة: "إن اتفاقنا مع شركة تروجان للمقاولات العامة على تطوير هذين المشروعين الجديدين جاء بعد دراسة وافية لسجل الشركة الحافل بأعمال البناء المتوافقة مع أعلى المعايير، وقد أكدت الاتفاقيتان على التزامنا معاً بإضافة قيمة على اقتصاد أبوظبي ومجتمعنا عموماً. ونحن على ثقة بأن الخبرة الواسعة التي يتمتع بها شركاؤنا ستكفل إنجاز المشروعين وفق أرقى المواصفات المتفق عليها، وضمن الوقت والميزانية المحددة".
وتعليقاً على هذه الشراكة، قال المهندس محمد محمود، الرئيس التنفيذي لشركة تروجان للمقاولات العامة: "إن اختيار مجموعة "كيو القابضة" لشركتنا من أجل تنفيذ هذين المشروعين العملاقين يضع على عاتقنا مسؤولية كبيرة تكمن في الوفاء بالمعايير العالية التي تتبناها كيو القابضة وتؤكد عليها. ولا شك أننا سنستخدم كامل خبراتنا الواسعة والمتراكمة للوفاء بتلك المعايير وتوفير بيئة سكنية مستدامة وخدمات تلبي أرقى المعايير، وتتماشى مع رؤية قيادتنا الحكيمة لمستقبل أبوظبي".
ويتضمن نطاق العمل في كلا الاتفاقيتين تولي شركة تروجان للمقاولات العامة أعمال التصميم والبناء وأعمال البنية التحتية وصولاً إلى التسليم النهائي للمشروعين.
وفي معرض تعليقه على المشروعين، قال السيد بن هدسُن، الرئيس التنفيذي لشركة كيو للعقارات، التابعة لشركة كيو القابضة، والتي ستتولى الإشراف على حسن تنفيذ الاتفاقيتين: "هدفنا هو المساهمة في جعل أبوظبي واحدة من أعظم المدن للعيش في العالم. نريد التأكد من أن سكان أبوظبي لديهم إمكانية الوصول إلى أفضل تجارب العيش ضمن مجتمعات بُنيت بهدف المساهمة في عالم أكثر استدامة بيئيًا.
نحن على ثقة من أن جهودنا المشتركة مع شركة تروجان ستعيد الحياة إلى هذه الرؤية لنقدم هذه المشاريع بأعلى جودة".
ومن المقرر أن يُنفذ مشروع غرب بني ياس الاستراتيجي على مدى الأعوام الأربعة المقبلة حيث يغطي المشروع مساحة واسعة تقرب من ستة ملايين متر مربع تتضمن بناء 1500 فيلا، مدعمة بمختلف أعمال البنية التحتية الضرورية من طرق، ومرافق اجتماعية وتعليمية وخدمية، وحدائق ومساحات خضراء.
أما مشروع منطقة السمحة الجديد فسيتم تنفيذه على مدى ثمانية وثلاثين شهراً ليُغطي مساحة تزيد عن نصف مليون متر مربع، ويتضمن بناء 242 فيلا، بالإضافة إلى العديد من أعمال البنية التحتية الضرورية المرافقة للمشروع، والتي تحقق الاستدامة البيئية والراحة لساكنيه.
“Q Holding” and “Trojan General Contracting” forge a partnership to build 1742 villas for Emiratis in Abu Dhabi
Q Holding Group signed two important agreements with Trojan General Contracting, one of the leading local contracting and development companies, to design and build 1742 villas for Emiratis in Al Samha and West Baniyas region of Abu Dhabi for Q Holding.
The two agreements follow the partnership between Q Holding and Abu Dhabi Housing Authority to develop the two regions in line with Abu Dhabi's Vision 2030 to build sustainable cities and provide an advanced housing environment for citizens of the country.
Mr. Majed Odeh, Group CEO at Q Holding; said: "Our agreement with Trojan to develop these two new projects came after a thorough study of the company's track record in building to the highest standards. Both agreements have reaffirmed our commitment to provide added value to Abu Dhabi's economy and to our society at large. We are confident that the accumulated experience of our partners will ensure that the projects are completed in accordance with the highest agreed standards, within the set time and budget. "
Commenting on this partnership, Eng. The scope of work in both conventions include the design, construction and infrastructure development for final delivery of the projects.

The strategic West Baniyas project is scheduled to be implemented over the next four years. The project will cover a large area of approximately 6 million square meters and the construction of 1500 villas, with various necessary infrastructure works including roads, social, educational and service facilities, parks and green spaces.
The new Al Samha project will be implemented over thirty-eight months, covering an area of more than half a million square meters. It involves the construction of 242 villas, as well as several necessary infrastructure works accompanying the project to provide environmental sustainability and comfort to its residents.
