Diriyah Square – A Landmark Project Worth SAR 2.2 Billion

Diriyah Company has announced the signing of a SAR 2.249 billion ($600 million) construction contract with Salini Saudi Arabia (a subsidiary of Italy’s Webuild Group) to develop the commercial zone at Diriyah Square — a flagship component of the master plan inspired by traditional Najdi architecture.

📍 Project Highlights:

Construction of 73 buildings housing 400 retail units over 365,340 m².

Pedestrian-only environment offering unique retail, dining, and entertainment experiences.

One of the largest underground parking facilities in the Kingdom, accommodating 10,500 vehicles.

Integrated infrastructure for sustainable mobility and public transportation.

Full development of building facades and interiors in authentic Najdi style.
