General objective: Increase the volume and efficiency of investments to stimulate economic growth, in line with Saudi Vision 2030, with a larger role for local and foreign private sectors.

Increase the contribution of all investor categories (domestic and foreign).

Diversify financing options through government- and partner-sponsored financial instruments.

Build an attractive investment environment characterized by competitiveness and transparency.
